The Process
We set up your inventory around what you are storing, how it will be used, and where it needs to go so there is a clear system for managing it.
STEP ONE
We identify what you are storing, how it should be organized, and how your team will need to access it.
STEP TWO
We coordinate incoming shipments and receive and organize inventory at our Southern California warehouse.
STEP THREE
We maintain visibility into what is being stored and help manage inventory as product and materials move.
STEP FOUR
We coordinate outbound inventory to sales teams, accounts, events, distributors, and other destinations as needed.
