I started my career in the Merrill Lynch network and was one of five people selected for its ultra-high-net-worth brokerage program.

Kurt Soost is a capital markets executive, investor, and entrepreneur with decades of experience connecting capital with growing businesses.

Role at BrandAmped

Kurt leads Capital Markets for BrandAmped, working with founders on capitalization, investor strategy, and the financial decisions that support long-term growth.

He brings an investor’s perspective to brand building, helping founders think beyond simply raising money to understand how capital should be structured, deployed, and aligned with the broader strategy of the business.

Background

Kurt began his career in the Merrill Lynch network, where he was selected as one of five professionals to participate in its ultra-high-net-worth brokerage program and trained alongside some of the firm’s leading brokers.

He later moved into entrepreneurial finance and investing, serving for more than 12 years as President of Trimor Capital Corporation before founding Capital Find Partners, where he has spent more than a decade connecting capital with emerging businesses and investment opportunities.

Along the way, Kurt has worked as an investor, advisor, executive, and board member across a range of companies and industries. His experience includes serving as CEO of Kingii Corporation, Executive Chairman of CryoSteam Health Technologies, and investing in businesses including G-Tech Apparel.

Kurt also serves as Global Head of Capital Markets for Golden Eagle Vodka, where he leads capitalization and investor strategy.

Across his career, Kurt has developed a practical understanding of both sides of the capital equation: what investors need to see and what entrepreneurs actually need from their capital partners.
