Frank Kibbish III
Sales & Development
Frank deeply understands how to turn market strategy into real business. He's the guy you want in the room when you’re trying to figure out how to actually sell more booze.
Role at BrandAmped
Frank leads sales and commercial strategy across BrandAmped and the brands we work with. He helps brands figure out where to grow, how to get there, and what needs to happen in the market once the product lands.
His work covers national sales strategy, distributor management, route-to-market planning, key and national accounts, market expansion, and commercial planning. He also works closely with BrandAmped’s market teams to make sure strategy translates into execution and that distribution actually turns into sales.
Basically, Frank spends a lot of time making sure good products don’t just sit in warehouses.

Background
Frank is a beverage alcohol industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience spanning nearly every layer of the business. He started bussing tables at 16 and worked his way through restaurant, bar, and nightclub management before owning and operating two bars in California’s North Bay for almost a decade.
He spent 15 years in Napa Valley, where, somewhat ironically for wine country, his passion for spirits really took root. That hospitality background eventually led him to the supplier side of the industry, where he has worked with companies and brands including Koloa Rum Company, Moët Hennessy through Mosaic, Golden Eagle Vodka, and BrandAmped.
Over the course of his career, Frank has built a deep understanding of the three-tier system and what it actually takes to build a brand within it. He has worked across distributor relationships, market expansion, national and key accounts, field sales, commercial planning, and go-to-market strategy, and brings additional experience with EOS methodology and TTB regulatory frameworks.
Today, Frank serves as VP of Sales for BrandAmped and Golden Eagle Vodka, where he helps build the commercial strategy behind growing brands and leads the people responsible for executing it in the market.
Despite everything that has changed since he first started bussing tables, Frank’s approach to the business really hasn’t: show up, work hard, and take care of the people in front of you.
